Sogndal public library is located in the local cultural centre, Sogndal kulturhus, 1st.floor.

Rules and regulations:

Anyone at age over 6 and living in Norway may get a library card. Please inform the library of any change of name or address.

The loan period for books are normally four weeks, for magazines two weeks and language courses 2 months. Renewals may be made twice on condition that the books are not reserved for other library users.

We provide interlibrary loans for books that we do not have at this library.

Please note that you are responsible for all items borrowed on your card. Lost or damaged items will be charged for according the cost of replacement.
